The Institute for Pastoral Studies is designed to assist and provide continuing education for practicing pastor and spiritual leaders of churches and ministries in post-communist Europe. The Institute will begin its first series of seminars in the Spring of 2009. It builds on the ministry of the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, Croatia to assist in the establishment and planting of churches and Christian ministries in post-communist Europe.
Steve Paulus, D.min., the first director of the Institute, extends a 16 year ministry of training and mentoring pastors in post-communist Europe.
